What you need

tsp salt

oz butter
tsp red chili powder

tsp ginger-garlic paste

cup tomato

cup onion

cup carrot

cup mozzarella cheese

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp tomato ketchup
tbsp oil

tsp cumin powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

hamburger bun

slice cheese

cup paneer
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan. 2: Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden. 3: Add tomatoes, capsicum and carrot. Cook it for a minute. 4: Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Mix well. 5: Add Schezwan sauce & tomato ketchup and cook until all vegetables are soft. 6: Add paneer and mix well. 7: Add in grated mozzarella cheese and fresh coriander and turn off the heat. 8: Slit the bun. 9: Add paneer stuffing and cheese slice and close it. 10: In a same pan, add butter, red chili powder, Schezwan sauce and coriander leaves. Mix it. 11: Place the bun on that and toast lightly from all sides. 12: Serve hot!!View original recipe
