A healthy and high protein breadless sandwich made with sprouted moong, oats, spinach, and flavored with ginger and garlic. The sandwich packs a nutritious stuffing of bell pepper, carrot, corn, onion, and paneer, all perfectly cooked for a wholesome meal.

What you need

cup paneer

cup spinach

cup corn

Instructions
1: Add Moong Sprouts, Spinach, Oats, gram flour, Ginger, Garlic cloves, Green Chillies, Salt, and Water in the blender and make a fine purée for the base. 2: In a bowl, add bell pepper, carrot, corn, onion, paneer, Salt, and black Pepper Powder and mix well for the stuffing. 3: In a sandwich maker, add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and curry leaves. 4: Spread the base purée in the sandwich maker. 5: Sprinkle the stuffing over the base purée. 6: Spread another layer of base purée over the stuffing. 7: Cook the sandwich from both sides until golden. 8: The sandwich is ready.
