1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and fennel seeds. 2: Add the asafetida and allow it to fry for a few seconds. 3: Mix in the rolled oats and fox nuts, and stir well. 4: Add peanut, roasted chana dal, and curry leaves into the mixture. 5: Incorporate the almond and cashew, cooking until lightly toasted. 6: Add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, cranberries, and coconut, stirring to combine. 7: Season with salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and chaat masala. 8: Once everything is well mixed, allow to cool and then store in an airtight container.View original recipe
