Instructions
1: Add Moong Sprouts, Spinach, Oats, gram flour, Ginger, Garlic cloves, Green Chillies, Salt, and Water in a blender and make a fine purée. 2: For the stuffing, add bell pepper, carrot, corn, onion, paneer, Salt, and black Pepper Powder in a bowl and mix well. 3: Take a cast iron pan and grease with oil, then spread the dosa purée. 4: Spread Schezwan sauce or any chutney over the dosa. 5: Sprinkle the stuffing over the dosa. 6: Cook the dosa until crispy. 7: Enjoy the dosa.View original recipe
