Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add 1 cup of water and mix.
Let it simmer until it thickens and excess water evaporates.
Add jaggery and garam masala, then turn off the heat.
Add sev and cilantro, mix well.
To make Bajra Roti, mix pearl millet flour and salt, knead into a soft dough with warm water.
Heat a tawa, make small balls from the dough, dust lightly with flour, and roll into roti.
Cook on both sides on the hot tawa and serve with Sev Tameta nu Shaak.
