Indian Tricolor Waffle

1: In a large mixing bowl add semolina, yogurt, and salt. Mix it.

2: Rest the mixture for 15 minutes to soften the semolina.

3: Now divide the mixture into 3 parts.

4: For saffron color, add carrot purée.

5: For green color, add spinach & coriander purée.

6: Also, add water to adjust the consistency.

7: Preheat the waffle maker and grease with some oil.

8: First add one line of carrot batter in the waffle maker.

9: Then add plain batter.

10: In the last, add green batter. Spread like the Indian flag in the waffle machine.

11: Cook for around 8 minutes or until your waffle is done.

12: Finally, add mustard seeds tadka in the center of the white band of the waffle that looks like Ashok Chakra.

13: Now enjoy your tricolor waffle with any chutney of your choice.
