Aloo Matar Paneer Paratha is a delicious winter special stuffed paratha made with whole wheat flour and a spicy filling of boiled potatoes, green peas, paneer, and various spices. It's simple to prepare and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
In a bowl, combine wheat flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead it into a soft dough.
In a mixing bowl, add boiled and grated potatoes, boiled green peas, grated paneer, chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, chopped green chili, and spices. Mix well and keep aside.
Take a portion of the dough, dust flour, and roll it out into a small disc.
Fill the center with the prepared filling and seal the dough from all sides.
Sprinkle red chili powder and coriander leaves on top of the stuffed dough and gently press it.
Dust some flour on a working surface, place the stuffed dough, and roll it out into a thick, flat circle.
Heat a pan and cook the rolled paratha on medium heat from both sides, applying ghee during the cooking process until golden brown.
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, and coriander chutney.
