1: Cover and soak the chickpeas overnight. 2: Drain the soaked chickpeas, rinse, and pat dry. 3: Add the soaked chickpeas, garlic, onion, cumin seeds, ginger, green chili, black pepper and cilantro to a food processor. 4: Pulse the mixture until very finely minced but not pureed. 5: Add salt and baking powder, and mix everything well. 6: Shape the mixture into your desired shape using your palms. 7: Air fry the falafel at 360°F for around 15 minutes. 8: Serve with hummus and salad.
