A street style Tawa Paneer Burger that's super quick and easy to prepare. Loaded with a mix of vegetables, paneer, and cheese, this burger is toasted to perfection with butter and spices. Perfect for a snack, this recipe provides a delightful burst of flavors, combining the richness of Schezwan sauce and spices alongside fresh coriander.

1: Heat oil in a pan. 2: Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden. 3: Add tomatoes, capsicum and carrot. Cook it for a minute. 4: Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Mix well. 5: Add Schezwan sauce & tomato ketchup and cook until all vegetables are soft. 6: Add paneer and mix well. 7: Add in grated mozzarella cheese and fresh coriander and turn off the heat. 8: Slit the bun. 9: Add paneer stuffing and cheese slice and close it. 10: In a same pan, add butter, red chili powder, Schezwan sauce and coriander leaves. Mix it. 11: Place the bun on that and toast lightly from all sides. 12: Serve hot!!
