A quick and easy snack made with buttery pav buns filled with a spicy onion and tomato mixture, topped with mozzarella cheese. Perfect for parties or a delightful treat!

1: Heat butter in a pan. 2: Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste and sauté until golden. 3: Add capsicum and cook it for a minute. 4: Add chili powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt. Mix well. 5: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. 6: Cook until the mixture is thick and well blended. 7: Stir in fresh coriander and turn off the heat. 8: Slit the pav horizontally. 9: Place the pav on the same pan and toast lightly. 10: Spoon a generous amount of hot masala onto the pav. 11: Sprinkle lots of grated cheese on top of the masala. 12: Close the pav gently and toast until the outside is golden and cheese melts slightly. 13: Serve hot!
