A quick and easy snack of Mexican-style loaded nachos made with layers of tortilla chips topped with kidney beans, vegetables, and shredded mozzarella cheese, then cooked in an air fryer.

1: In an air fryer tray, spread a layer of tortilla chips. 2: Sprinkle beans, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, corn, cheese, jalapeños, olives, and cilantro on top. 3: Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and red chili flakes over the top. 4: Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 5: Serve with dollops of sour cream and guacamole on top.
